Update Your GBP Information
Objective
Your Google Business Profile is often the first place new clients look when searching for beauty services near them.
Today’s task is to make sure all your core business details are accurate and up to date, so clients get the right information and Google ranks you higher.
You can update your profile directly through the Google Business dashboard.
1. Check your core information
Make sure your business details are correct:
Business name
Address
Phone number
Email
Opening hours
Accurate information improves trust and search visibility.
2. Review your service list
Check that your treatment list reflects what you currently offer.
Add new treatments
Remove outdated ones
Update pricing if needed
Your services should match what clients see on your Solo booking page.
3. Add or refresh your business description
Write a short, clear description of what you do.
Example:
“Specialising in BIAB, gel nails, and nail art. Located in [Location]. Book your appointment online.”
This tells Google how to categorise your business.
4. Update your booking link
Make sure your Solo booking link is entered in the website field so clients can book instantly.
5. Save your changes
Review everything and save.
Your profile should now be clean, clear, and ready to convert searchers into bookings.
