Booking Terms and Conditions 1. Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking. Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled. 2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, especially colour appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill. 3. Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. 4. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a full charge of the booked service or loss of deposit. 5. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service, or we may need to reschedule your appointment if time does not permit. 6. Patch Tests: A patch test is required at least 48 hours before all colour services for new clients or if it has been more than 6 months since your last test. 7. Changes to Services: Any changes to your booked service must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. 8. Children and Guests: To ensure a safe and relaxing environment, please avoid bringing children or extra guests to your appointment. 9. Pricing: All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed during your consultation. 10.
