By booking an appointment with Illusive Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
1. Consultation Form (Mandatory) All clients are required to complete a consultation and consent form at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. This includes a clear photo of your face to allow for lash and brow design mapping. If this form is not submitted on time, your appointment will be cancelled and a 25% cancellation fee will apply. No exceptions.
2. Private Studio & Appointment Conduct
- Illusive Artistry operates from a private, home-based studio.
- The address is shared only once your consultation form is received, this will be sent 3-4hrs PRIOR to your appointment for travel time purposes.
- For safety, comfort, and to ensure full focus on your treatment, please arrive alone.
- Phones must be on silent and clients are expected to remain still and relaxed throughout the session. Disruptions may affect the quality of your result.
3. Booking & Payment
- All appointments require card capture at the time of booking to secure your slot.
- Payment will only be taken in line with the cancellation policy (see below) or if agreed on completion of treatment.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: no charge.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment: 25% of service fee.
- Same-day cancellations: 50% of service fee.
- No-shows: 100% of service fee.
- Incomplete consultation form (less than 24 hours before appointment): 25% fee + cancellation.
5. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your treatment in full. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation and a fee in line with the above policy, the appointment time will be reduced by the amount of minutes late & full service rate still chargeable. I do not charge late fees.
6. Suitability & Aftercare
- Treatments may not be suitable for all clients. It is your responsibility to disclose medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medications that may affect your service.
- Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to maintain your results and health. Illusive Beauty is not responsible for premature shedding or reactions caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.
7. Refusal of Service I reserve the right to decline or cancel any appointment if the client is unsuitable for treatment, fails to comply with studio policies, or behaves in a disrespectful manner.
8. Privacy & Studio Address Policy
- Illusive Artistry operates from a private home studio. The address is shared with confirmed clients only.
- By booking, you agree to keep the address and any personal contact details you receive strictly confidential.
- Sharing this information with third parties without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorised disclosure of personal information may infringe on privacy rights and, depending on intent or outcome, may be considered a breach of UK GDPR and/or a criminal matter under the Data Protection Act 2018 or Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
- Breach of this condition may result in legal action, denied future bookings, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
