Following your massage, take it as easy as you can for as long as you can. Skip any strenuous activities for at least 12 hours to capitalise on that post massage, wonderful feeling. Drink plenty of water to help expel the toxins which are released during a massage. You may find that you feel thirstier, have mild aches or slight headache, all of which can be aided by drinking more water. Avoid any alcohol and caffeine for at least 12 hours. Be cautious of the sunlight as your skin could burn easily, this is especially if essential oils have been used within your massage- where you should avoid direct sunlight altogether for 24 hours.
drink at least 2 litres of water after your treatments, this will help your body eliminate the unwanted fat cells from your body. Your results will be increased if you stick to this 5 days following your treatment. Since your liver is involved in the process, it needs to fully cooperate after the treatment. Taking in alcohol is never a good idea because your liver will first remove the alcohol from your body instead of the deactivated fat cells. Drink more water instead. No coffee drinking coffee and other beverages that contain caffeine can dehydrate the body rather than rehydrate it. We advise that you shower with cool water. But if you really want something warm to rinse your body, a lukewarm bath is okay. Keep in mind that the water's temperature shouldn't be too high. Hot temperature could aggravate the condition of the skin that has been through intense radio frequencies and delay its recovery. No Junk Food It's completely a no-no to eat fatty and unhealthy food right after your radiofrequency skin tightening session. Give your body time to heal. Light Exercise We recommmend very light exercise after your treatment: a brisk walk usually does the trick. Squats and lunges will dramatically increase the results. No Sun Shine Radio frequency and cavitation energy plus UV rays would be too much for your skin to absorb. Tanning after treatment could cause your skin to be more sensitive and increases the likelihood of damaged cells . We recommend no direct contact with the sun or sunbeds for 24 hours
This massage is completely painless, however the skin may be red immediately after treatment, this will subside within a few hours Hydration: Drink 2L of water daily, three days post-treatment, this will maintain the momentum achieved during the massage. Avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine for 24/48 hours after treatment. Both can dehydrate your body Sustain a healthy balanced diet and maintain regular exercise Avoid having a hot shower or bath immediately after the massage. Heat can dilate blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, potentially increasing swelling Regular sessions contribute to sustained benefits and overall well-being
