Booking Policy – Infinity Lux & Glow Please read the whole booking policy T&C's before paying your service booking fee. Booking Fees: •A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is payable on the day. •Booking fees must be paid within 4 hours of booking or the slot will be released. •Fees are non-refundable but transferable if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Booking Details: •Provide your name, contact details, and address when booking. •Payments may be requested via card or bank transfer. Unpaid fees will result in appointment cancellation. Confirmation: •You will receive a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam. If not, contact us at info@infinityluxandglow.co.uk •We are not responsible for missed appointments due to a lack of correspondence. Medical Conditions & Allergies: •New clients must complete a consultation form. Updates are required for returning clients with changes. •Reactions caused by undeclared conditions or previous services are not the technician’s responsibility. •Unsure about suitability? Email us before paying the booking fee. Refunds: •Booking fees are refundable only if Infinity Lux & Glow cancels or reschedules. •Complaints must include photos for assessment. Complimentary repairs are available within 48 hours if aftercare was followed. Payments & Guests: •Remaining payment is due via cash or bank transfer. No change is available for cash payments. •Additional guests, children, and pets are welcome at mobile appointments, but the service is for you only. Additional guests, children and pets are NOT permitted at Infinity Lux & Glow home based salon. The address is not to be shared. Appointments (Nails, Brows & Lashes): •Hands/feet must be sanitized, and nails product-free unless removal is booked. •Infill/rebalance services are only provided on Infinity Lux & Glow work. •No makeup is permitted for brow/lash services. Modifications: •Service modifications are charged at £1 per minute. Requests may be declined if they impact other bookings. Lateness: •Arrivals over 15 minutes late result in either: 1. The appointment continuing but treatment ending at the allocated time slot with the full service amount that has been booked needing to be paid, 2. Cancellation, loss of the booking fee, and a £20 cancellation fee to rebook. Cancellations & Rescheduling: •Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows incur fees. •A cancellation fee of £20 applies for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and for no show appointments. If you no show for an appointment, you must pay a £20 cancellation fee and 100% of the service(s) you would like to book for or you will be blocked from booking in the future. Your past service booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable for future bookings unless the rescheduling terms & conditions are met. •Rescheduling is free once if done at least 24 hours ahead. Further rescheduling incurs a £5 admin fee (max 3 reschedules). Emergency Appointments: •Out-of-hours and last-minute emergency appointments cost an additional £10 and follow standard booking policies. Media Consent: •Photos/videos are taken for content and insurance purposes. If you decline, services may not be provided. By booking, you agree to this policy.
