Terms and Conditions for Beauty Bookings

1. Bookings and Deposits

• Booking: All bookings must be made in advance, either online or by phone.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
• Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24hours' notice.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing notice, you will be charged the full service fee.

3. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee, depending on the notice given.

4. Service Modifications

• Modifications: Any changes to your service request must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for changes or add-ons.

5. Refunds

• Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases of extreme circumstances or if the service provider is unable to provide the service.

6. Liability

• Liability: The service provider is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after a service.

7. Privacy

• Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Governing Law
