CANCELLATIONS Minimum 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this is done before the notice period, your deposit will be used towards your next appointment, however if notified less than 48 hours prior to the booking your deposit will be forfeited. DELAYS If you are delayed, please get in touch immediately in order to potentially be accommodated. If unable to do so, the booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. CALL OUT The call out fee depends on the distance and will be confirmed during the booking process. If required, congestion charge will be added to the total of your booking. If you live in a permit restricted area, please have a parking permit ready for your appointment. REFUND POLICY Please note all paid sums are non-refundable. Treatments are carried out by a qualified and experienced esthetician, however if you have any queries please get in touch within 24 hours from your booking. Irem reserves the right to delay, reschedule or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary due to the effects of any provisions above. For further information, please get in touch.
