Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive aesthetic treatments. For those under 18, parental consent is required, and some services may not be provided.
All clients must complete a medical consultation with one of our qualified professionals prior to treatment to ensure eligibility.
Treatments at Ivy Aesthetics and Medical Consultancy are performed solely for aesthetic purposes and are not a substitute for medical or surgical interventions when needed.
All practitioners are qualified professionals; however, individual results may vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, and allergies to help ensure a safe, effective treatment experience.
Booking: Appointments can be made via email, or our online booking system, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of £50.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the practitioner’s discretion.
A consultation with a practitioner is mandatory before any treatment to assess the client’s needs and suitability.
All clients are required to review and sign a consent form before the first treatment, acknowledging the risks, benefits, and limitations of the procedure.
Clients are encouraged to ask questions to ensure they fully understand the procedure, expected outcomes, and potential side effects.
Payment Methods: We accept cash or online payment via BACS
Refund Policy: Once a treatment has been administered, payments are non-refundable, as results can vary between individuals. Refunds for unused prepaid packages or services may be considered upon request.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though we will honour the rate quoted at the time of a confirmed booking.
Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided by their practitioner to maximize results and minimize side effects.
Any post-treatment concerns or complications should be reported to Ivy Aesthetics and Medical Consultancy immediately. Follow-up consultations are available and encouraged to address these concerns.
All client information and treatment records are strictly confidential and maintained in compliance with GDPR
We will not disclose personal information to third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.
Ivy Aesthetics and Medical Consultancy will not be held liable for adverse reactions or known risks associated with the procedures performed.
Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from treatments.
Ivy Aesthetics and Medical Consultancy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive, inappropriate, or threatening behaviour.
We also reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client by our practitioners.
Ivy Aesthetics and Medical Consultancy may modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes.
