I do not remove work done by other salons. Please come to your appointment with bare nails.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, this will be classed as a no show/ cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the service.
The full amount can be paid at the appointment by bank transfer or cash.
Please be aware, card details are taken when booking but are not charged unless evoking the terms of my cancellation policy.
Please be advised that my booking system works by request - I may update/change your booking time to minimise gaps in my day. Confirmation will be sent when your booking is confirmed.
My studio is accessed by stairs so if you have any accessibility requirements, please let me know beforehand so we can arrange something for you.
My services are only provided to those over the age of 18.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. If you do not let me know within this time, you will be charged £20.
If you don’t show up to your appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or fail to inform me of cancellation, you will be charged the full service cost.
Removals
I strongly advise a full removal and reapplication after 4 infills. This will require a longer appointment and an extra removal charge on top of the manicure service you receive. Please see my service list for details.
