By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation.

2. Deposits

• Deposits are mandatory and non-refundable.
• No appointment is confirmed without a deposit.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours before the appointment may be charged 50% of the service fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

4. Payments

• All prices are listed on the website and may be updated at any time.
• You agree to pay the full balance of your chosen service at your appointment.

5. Health & Safety

• Services may be refused if there are signs of infection, open wounds, or other contraindications.
• Please ensure your nails are healthy before your appointment.

6. Results & Aftercare

• Results vary depending on lifestyle and aftercare.
• You are responsible for following the aftercare information provided to you.

7. Liability

• IVY is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries, or issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions or provide accurate information.

8. Website Use
