Welcome to Iyva Beauty Lounge – your serene and private beauty space. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and high-quality experience for everyone. 1. Appointments & Bookings Strictly by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted. A deposit of £10 is required to secure your booking. Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Beyond that time, your session may be shortened or rescheduled. You can book through our official channels: [Insert WhatsApp / Booking Link / Instagram / Phone Number]. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will not be refunded and may be restricted from future bookings. 3. Home-Based Salon Etiquette Strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins are not permitted under any circumstances. All visitors should only visit strictly by appointment only. Unannounced visits will not be accommodated. Iyva Beauty Lounge is a private, home-based salon. We kindly ask that you respect the personal space and environment. Please do not bring additional guests, children, or pets unless you have received prior approval. 4. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of illness or inappropriate behaviour. Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. 5. Payments Payments are due immediately after services are rendered. We accept: payment methods – Cash, Apple Pay, google Wallet and Bank Transfer. Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking. 6. Refund & Satisfaction Policy We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you're unhappy with a service, please let us know within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are offered. Corrections may be made at our discretion and must be discussed within 48 hours of the original service. 7. Privacy Your personal information is confidential and will only be used for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties. 8. Right to Refuse Service Iyva Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: lateness, inappropriate behaviour, disrespect, or failure to comply with our policies.
