By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
DEPOSITS
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings and is deducted from your final balance.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Appointments may be rescheduled once only. A second reschedule requires a new deposit.
• Outstanding fees must be cleared before rebooking.
LATE ARRIVAL
• A 10 minute grace period is allowed where possible.
• If your lateness affects the next client, your appointment will be cancelled without charge.
PATCH TESTING
• Patch testing is required for PMU, tinting, henna brows, brow lamination and LVL.
• Patch tests must be completed 24-48 hours before your appointment. If not, you will be required to sign a waiver form.
STUDIO POLICY
• No additional guests or children are permitted at appointments.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
• Jade Alisha Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if these policies are not respected.
