By booking an appointment with Jade’s Gels & Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both you and your therapist and to ensure every client receives the best possible service.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system or by direct message. Please ensure your contact details are correct so you can be notified of any changes.
Cancellations & No-Shows
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in being charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and charged as a late cancellation.
Deposits
Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty treatments, no refunds are offered. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can arrange a correction where appropriate.
Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for tinting, LVL and some products at least 24–48 hours before your first appointment. Failure to attend or refusal of a patch test may result in your treatment being declined for safety reasons.
Health & Medical Conditions
Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities when booking. This ensures treatments are carried out safely. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may not be safe to proceed.
Children & Guests
For health and safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Nail & Treatment Aftercare
Jade’s Gels & Beauty is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare advice or for wear and tear due to lifestyle, work, or misuse.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour, poor hygiene, or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
