Please be aware that a patch test is needed at least 48 HOURS before ALL colour appointments or tinting appointments. If a patch test has not been taken, unfortunately, the appointment can not go ahead.
A mandatory deposit will be taken to confirm all appointments. If an appointment needs to be cancelled or changed, 48 hours' notice is needed to refund the deposit.
