You will have a 15-20 minute timeframe in case of bad traffic or things happening at the wrong time. After this time you will have an immediate cancellation of your appointment no fee required. If this occurs multiple times, you will be required to pay a deposit/pre-pay for your appointments. if you cannot make your appointment or need to reschedule, you can either contact me through calling my number, or do so through my website
