Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are payable at the time of booking.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Consultations

A consultation fee applies to secure your consultation appointment.
Please note that all consultation fees are non-deductible from any future treatment costs.
If no treatment is undertaken, the consultation fee is retained by the clinic.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
7 days’ notice is preferred to allow time for other clients to book.
You may reschedule once without penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations without rescheduling will result in a loss of your deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and last minute rescheduling will result in a loss of deposit AND a 50% charge of the treatment value booked.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice (a “no-show”) will result in:

Loss of deposit.
A 50% charge of the treatment value booked as a no-show fee.
Future bookings requiring full prepayment.
Repeat no-shows resulting in a refusal of service.

Late Arrivals & Refunds

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and the subsequent loss of your deposit.
We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but this may not always be possible.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the clinic cancels your appointment.
Refunds are never issued for completed treatments.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

JC Aesthetic Perfection Ltd (ACP Nurse Led)

Cash and card payments accepted.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are payable at the time of booking.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Consultations

A consultation fee applies to secure your consultation appointment.
Please note that all consultation fees are non-deductible from any future treatment costs.
If no treatment is undertaken, the consultation fee is retained by the clinic.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
7 days’ notice is preferred to allow time for other clients to book.
You may reschedule once without penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations without rescheduling will result in a loss of your deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and last minute rescheduling will result in a loss of deposit AND a 50% charge of the treatment value booked.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice (a “no-show”) will result in:

Loss of deposit.
A 50% charge of the treatment value booked as a no-show fee.
Future bookings requiring full prepayment.
Repeat no-shows resulting in a refusal of service.

Late Arrivals & Refunds

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and the subsequent loss of your deposit.
We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but this may not always be possible.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where the clinic cancels your appointment.
Refunds are never issued for completed treatments.
