CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR BOOKING
I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and I hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me in time will incur a cancelation fee of 50 percent of the treatment price and 100 percent if within 24 hours
NO SHOW POLICY
In the event you cannot make it to your appointment and you have not informed me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment this will incur a no show fee, which will be the full treatment price.
LATE POLICY
If you are running late I will try my absolute best to accommodate you but please be aware I may have a booking after you. if you are more than 10 minutes late you will need to reschedule your appointment and a no show fee will be charged.
CHILD POLICY
To guarantee the comfort of all of my clients, I do not allow children in the treatment room. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled. In the event that this does happen I would need to charge a no show fee which would be the full price of your original treatment.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds. Please ensure any dissatisfaction is reported within 48 hours of your treatment and I will do my best to work with you.
