Tattoo Bookings
Fine line tattoo appointments can only be booked once a tattoo request form has been submitted and approved. You’ll then receive a link to pay your deposit and secure your booking.
Bookings & Deposits
Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. The deposit is deducted from your total on the day of treatment. Deposits can be moved once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being lost. If you do not attend your appointment, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Repeat no-shows may require full payment upfront.
Payments
The remaining balance for your treatment is paid at your appointment. Cash or bank transfer are the preferred payment methods.
Consultation & Consent Forms
You must complete the consultation and consent forms before your treatment begins. Some treatments also require a medical questionnaire — please disclose anything that may affect the treatment, as this protects both your safety and my insurance. If the required forms are not completed, I may have to refuse treatment and the deposit will be lost.
Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for brow and lash tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts and permanent makeup. This must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can book a patch test online or contact me directly to arrange it.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited to avoid impacting the next client.
Age Requirements
Fine line tattooing and permanent makeup are strictly 18+ with valid ID — no exceptions. Ear piercing is 18+ with ID, or 12–17 if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign the consent form.
Health & Contraindications
If you’re unwell or have any active skin concerns (such as irritation, infection, cold sores, recent injectables, sunburn, alcohol or drug use), please contact me to reschedule. If you arrive unfit for treatment, it will be refused and the deposit lost.
Please attend your appointment alone. For safety and insurance reasons, no children or additional guests are permitted in the treatment room
