Terms and Conditions

Please park either on the driveway or use on street parking. My salon is located at the rear of my property. Use the gate round the side of my property to let yourself into my back garden and I will be in the outside hut.

• no showing your appointment will result in full charge. • Last minute cancellation (within 24hours) will result in full charge • Lateness exceeding 15 minutes will be classed as a no show and charged in full. • Deposits - non refundable - should you need to cancel your appointment, your deposit is non refundable within a 48 hour time window. • Deposits - non transferable - should you need to reschedule your appointment in less than 48 hours of the appointment you’ll be required to pay a new deposit upon booking. • payments - cash payments are preferred due to the high transaction fees, however, card payment is accepted. All cancellations, reschedules etc must go through the booking system - I can not book in your behalf. please ensure you are familiar with these conditions & by booking and paying you accept these terms.
