Well what can I say, I have just had an aromatherapy back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by a Simply Be treatment, which is a Indian head massage, and then Jess covers your eyes, you’re in a dark room, beautiful smell and peace, being truly in the moment, whole treatment lasted 1 hour. I cannot put into words just how amazing this experience was, I honestly felt I was floating off the warm bed. Jess truely is spectacular, and I cannot wait for the next time. 🥰

ARRIVING AT THE POD Please feel free to park on my drive behind the black fiat. Please enter through the back gate, if you are early to you are appointment the gate maybe locked as I maybe with a client alternatively please do take a seat in the waiting area outside.
APPOINTMENTS Please arrive on time for your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.
CANCELLATIONS To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and 72 hours for Packages is required or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.
NO-SHOWS IF YOU DO NOT turn up for a pre-booked appointment and do not contact the salon to cancel in advance. I will contact the you to arrange payment for the loss of income incurred as the appointment could have been booked by another client.
Clients with previous no-shows will be required to make full pre-payment for future appointments. This will be at my discretion.
Failure to pay the costs of missed appointment(s) or regular missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined/cancelled.
GIFT VOUCHERS Gift vouchers are available for all treatments are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
SKIN/PATCH TEST Some of the treatments I offer require a skin/patch test a minimum of 24 hours in advance of an appointment. These are required on all treatments which involve tinting and lashes. All treatments which require a skin/patch test are advertised as such. Failure to attend a skin/patch test will require treatments to be either rescheduled or cancelled. This is for insurance purposes and client safety.
