• You must be 16 or over for any treatment. If you aren’t able to provide ID then I have the right to cancel the appointment.
• Please only come to your appointment individually. Do not bring any pets or children, this is for insurance purposes.
•Please turn up to your appointment on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to carry out your treatment and you will be charged 100% of the treatment price. This also applies to no shows.
• A patch test is required for all new clients having an LVL treatment or where there has been a 6 month time lapse. This must be carried out 48hrs before treatment and is free of charge. Without a patch test I will not be able to carry out the treatment.
