Deposits are non refundable & non transferable.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of your booking fee.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost.
Repeated no-shows will result in refusal of future bookings.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment time may be reduced. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation, and your full payment will still be required.
