To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please read and agree to the following before booking your appointment: 💵 Cash Only The remaining balance is due in cash at the time of your appointment. Please come prepared, as I do not accept card payments or transfers. 👯‍♀️ Guests If you plan to bring a guest, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance. Out of respect for space and comfort, unannounced guests may not be allowed to stay during the appointment. ⏰ Late Policy There is a 10-minute grace period. A £10 late fee applies after 10 minutes. If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. ❌ No Foreign Infills I do not infill or work over other techs' work. Please arrive with bare, clean natural nails or your appointment may be cancelled. 📅 Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of your deposit. 🚫 No Refunds All services are non-refundable once completed. Please ensure you are happy with the outcome before leaving. 🧼 Clean Hands Arrive with clean, product-free hands. This ensures the best results and maintains hygiene for all clients. 🔧 Nail Fixes If your nails break or lift within 7 days due to a fault in my application, I will fix them free of charge. Breaks caused by client handling or external factors may incur a fee. ✋ Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to lateness, hygiene concerns, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of these terms. 🤝 Respect Policy Please treat me and my space with respect and professionalism, just as I will treat you. Aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate refusal of service and possible blacklisting from future bookings. 🚫 No Shows If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice, your card will be charged the full service price. No-shows result in lost time and income that could have been offered to another client. This policy is strictly enforced.
