PATCH TEST - To be booked minimum 24-48 hours before treatment via DM on Instagram, following the completion of consent form on FACES.

Attendance/Late policy 1.2Please arrive on time and alone to your appointment (not too early or too late).
There will be a 10 minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled. If you are going to be late, please let me know ASAP.
No Show Policy 1.3If you do not show up to your appointment without communicating, you will be required to pay 100% of your treatment.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy 1.4To reschedule or cancel, you must inform me 48 hours before your appointment.
Rescheduling appointments can only be done once and the retainer fee can also be moved on this occasion.
A new retainer fee will be required if giving less than 48 hours notice, when rescheduling.
Breastfeeding/Pregnancy Policy 1.5Due to the chemical processes, it is advised for those who are breastfeeding or pregnant to wait until given birth or stopped breastfeeding before receiving a lamination treatment.
Please seek medical advice from midwife if possible to confirm, for peace of mind.
Muslimah Policy 1.6For Muslim sisters, it is highly recommended to get any treatment including brow lamination or lash lift on your menses, as you will be required NOT to get your brows or lashes wet for the first 24 to 48 hours after the treatment.
If you need to perform ablution within the 24 hours after your brow/lashes appointment, this may invalidate your wudu due to there being a barrier blocking the water from penetrating the hair follicles.
To avoid this, please let me know in advance so I can use a different product.
After the first 24 to 48 hours of your appointment, you can wash your brow/lashes thoroughly washing away the barrier.
Alternatively, it is advised to do wudu before your appointment.
Day of Appointment 1.7If paying cash, please bring the exact amount remaining, as I may not have change.
The closest cash machine can be found at SAINSBURY’s (if close to M5 location) please go before the appointment.
Arrive with no make up on the treated area brows/lashes or face (if receiving a facial).
(The treated area will be double cleansed).
For M5 address - If driving, please DO NOT park on the side closest to the houses, there’s plenty of on street parking on the opposite side.
If getting the bus, the 33 bus stop is closest to my location at M5📍.
