•A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments- if deposit is not paid, the appointment is not confirmed. •Deposits are non- refundable but are transferable if given 24 hours notice. •The deposit will be taken off the price of the treatment- the remaining balance is to be paid on the day at the appointment. •If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled.
