I am interested in techniques of breathing and relaxation, chakras, using affirmations and creations and I love to meditate. Moreover I like activities such as dancing and Martial Arts.
I do believe that it is highly important to take a good care not only for your body but your mind and soul as well. Balance between what's physical and spiritual helps you to keep widely understood sense of health on a body and soul level. That's were my interest and passion for holistic therapies and self development techniques comes from. I have finished an online training on breathing techniques with Martin Petrus. I'm also really interested in relaxation techniques, meditation, self-creation, visualization, afirmations and chakras.
