- Appointments: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.
- Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking and is non-refundable.
- Cancellations: Please provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.
- Patch Testing: Required 24–48 hours before selected lash, brow and skin treatments.
- Medical Information: Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy before your appointment.
- Children: For safety and insurance reasons, please attend appointments without children unless they are receiving a treatment.
- Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed treatments. If you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours so I can help.
- Right to Refuse Treatment: I reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
