Thank you for choosing Katie’s Beauty Room. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings

Appointments can be made online or by contacting me directly. Please ensure all personal details are correct when booking.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly.

Patch Testing

Patch tests are required for selected treatments, including lash lifts and brow lamination, at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Failure to attend or arrange a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Health & Safety

Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications before your treatment. This helps ensure treatments are carried out safely.

Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty treatments, refunds cannot be given once a service has been completed. If you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and resolve the issue where possible.

Children & Guests

To ensure a relaxing environment and for health and safety reasons, please attend your appointment alone unless agreed otherwise.

Right to Refuse Treatment

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
