A £15 deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment (remainder is CASH ONLY). This will be deducted from the total price at the end of your appointment. Deposits are required for all appointments booked (new and current clients).
A 15 minute grace period is given if you are running late, unfortunately if you extend this grace period, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will lose your £15 deposit.
Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours you will lose your deposit.
It is preferred for you to come alone to your appointment as the space i have is small. if you do want to bring company, please let me know in advance.
