Hey Beaut, Any changes to your treatments/appointment time and date will need to made no less than 24hrs before to avoid being charged original confirmed price. Please note punctuality is very important at Kay’s beauty. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a £10 late fee, then a further £1 for every minute thereafter. Unfortunately, if you are more than 20 mintues late your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your payment.
