Terms and Conditions

Please try to arrive on time to your appointment, lateness may require me to reduce part of your treatment or mean I’m unable to complete it at all. I ask that if you’re running more than 5 minutes late please let me me as if you’re too late a 50% fee may be required. Please also avoid arriving too early for your appointment as this is my home and I unfortunately don’t have the space for clients to wait. If you are running early please feel free to text me and I may be able to see you before the appointment time booked.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel the appointment or are unable to attend. Any cancellations (or no shows) made less then 24 hours before your appointment time a 50% charge of your appointment will be taken from the card saved.

When making a booking via my online booking system (Solo) I require that a card be saved on the account. No money will be taken from the account before your appointment unless you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show in which case you will be charged 50% of your appointment price.

A patch test is required for all new clients or previous clients that haven’t received the treatment from me before. A patch test is also required if you’ve had longer than 6 months between the previous patch test or treatment. These can be booked via the online booking system and must be done at least 48 hours before the treatment. You must also inform me (your therapist) of any reactions to the patch test.

Please inform me (your therapist) if any medical conditions change as per your consultation from. Failure to provide any medical information may result in injury to yourself or others.

I pride myself on only giving the best possible treatments and ensure I will provide everyone with a safe & clean treatment space. I also reserve the right to increase my prices but promise to ensure I inform all my clients either via email, text, social media or with signs within the beauty room. I’m also more than happy for children to be brought into the beauty room as I understand finding child care can be tough but I just ask that children are well behaved and supervised at all times.
