Terms of Service
48 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange any bookings. Any no shows, cancellations or changes with 24 hours or less notice will result in in your booking fee not being returned to you and the full service cost being charged. A booking fee of 50% of the service cost will need to be paid to secure your appointment. If a booking fee is not paid then your appointment is not secured. I require all booking fees to be paid within 24 hours of me accepting your booking, if not paid then your appointment will be cancelled. Please do not bring any children to your appointment with you as my insurance does not cover this. Any nail repairs that need doing before 72 hours from application are free of charge. Any repairs after 72 hours will incur a fee of £3 per nail. Please have an idea of what you would like prior to your appointment for example nail art ideas etc to ensure we don’t run over and I have all the colours/materials available. If you are a new client, please ensure you arrive to your appointment with fresh nails.
