Please understand that work in both Coventry & High Wycombe, so I may not always be avalable for your desired time & location. Deposits MUST be sent to secure your booking. If you are unable to attend your appointment & need to cancel, please allow 48hours notice prior to your scheduled booking. Rescheduling your appointment requires 48 hours notice beforethe orginal booking date. If you are rescheduling for the second time, you will have to repay the deposit price. No shows are required to pay the full price of treatment before being able to rebook another treatment. Refusals in this will result in no longer being able to book further treatments with KB Beauty Bar. A late fee of £5 will added to your treatment price if you are over 1O minutes late to your appointment. Anything over 15 minutes will result in your appontment unfortunately being cancelled. If you are having any facial treatments ie. facials, aesthetics or a lash lift etc, please arrive with NO makeup! Patch tests are required 24hours in advance for any lash lift or relevant treatment.
