Terms of Service Welcome to Keh's Beauty Studio. Please review our terms and conditions before making a booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Booking Fee Policy: A non-refundable fee of 20% is required to confirm all bookings. This fee will be applied to your final bill.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will require full payment of the scheduled service. This policy is in place to respect the time and commitment of my clients and staff.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure that the next client is not delayed. The full treatment fee will still apply.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service. Future bookings will require payment in full at the time of booking.
Health and Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.
Children and Pets: For safety and hygiene reasons, children and pets are not allowed in the beauty Studio.
Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
Patch Tests: For treatments that require a patch test (such as lash lifts and certain brow treatments), a patch test must be booked and completed at least 48 hours prior to the treatment booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.
