1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked through the online booking system.


• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email/message.


• Clients must provide accurate contact details when booking.


2. Deposits & Payments


• A non-refundable deposit of £10 may be required to secure your appointment.


• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, payable by cash/card/other.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling


• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment


• Late cancellations less than 24 hours will result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.


• No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may be refused future bookings.


4. Lateness


• Please arrive on time for your appointment.


5. Refunds


• All services are non-refundable once completed.


• If you are dissatisfied, please raise concerns during your appointment so they can be addressed.


6. Health & Safety


• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect treatment.


• The Beauty Therapist reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may put the Client or Beauty Therapist at risk.


• Children or guests should not accompany you unless agreed beforehand


7. Liability


• The Practitioner is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or use of aftercare products not recommended.


• Personal belongings are the Client’s responsibility at all times.


8. Privacy


• Personal data collected during booking is kept confidential and used solely for appointment management and record-keeping.
