Terms and Conditions


Deposit

A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all treatments payable online at the time of booking. This will be non-refundable & non-transferable if you cancel within 48 hours. I will as a gesture of good will allow you to reschedule one time only within 48 hours. See cancellation & reschedule policy for full details.


Cancellation & Reschulding

Cancellations & No Shows Cancellations within 48 hours or if you do not turn up to your appointment - this will result in your deposit being forfeit & a new deposit will be required should you wish to rebook. Rescheduling Client’s can reschedule themselves online up to 48 hours before their appointment & the deposit will transfer over to new appointment date. Rescheduling within 48 Hours: I understand illness or unexpected circumstances happen. If this occurs please inform me as soon as possible. As a gesture of goodwill; I offer a one-time reschedule where the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Right to Refuse I reserve the right to refuse a service if there is evidence of disease, illness or injury which may impair the clients health and well-being or comprise the safety or hygiene of the salon. Working hours, Email & Text reminders I reserve the right to change my working hours as I need to. I will reply to any DMs & messages within my working hours. Email & text reminders are provided as a courtesy. It is the clients responsibility to ensure they have taken note of their appointment and have read the policies upon booking.


Late Arrival & Change of Mind

Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late please kindly call me or send a text (please ensure it is safe to do this if driving) A 10 minute grace period is provided. After this time I may not be able to complete the full treatment or all selected services. In such cases, payment for the original scheduled treatment(s) will still be required. Change of mind If you book multiple treatments & you change your mind within 48 hours or on the day; You will be charged the full amount for all original treatments book as the time & resources have been allocated for that appointment.



Patch Test

A patch test is required for lash lifts and lash/brow tints. This must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment for all first time clients. Then 6 months thereafter. No patch test = no appointment. Cancellation policy applies.


Aftercare

As a client, it is your responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions provided to achieve the best possible results from your treatment. I cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects as a result of you, the client, not following the appropriate aftercare. Any allergic reactions or contra action after treatment due to a product please gently cleanse your skin and apply a cold compress and advise me so I can update your record cards for future reference. I cannot be held liable if you do not inform me of any allergies or contraindications. Failure to disclose any relevant information prior to the appointment—particularly anything that may be a contraindication to treatment or compromise the hygiene standards of the salon—will result in refusal of service. In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be asked to leave. I reserve the right to refuse service if there is any evidence of illness, disease, or injury that could affect your health and well-being or compromise the safety and hygiene of the salon environment.



Refunds

Services Treatments that have taken place will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please raise any complaints within 48 hours and allow me to rectify any issues. After 48 hours there may be a small fee. Nail Repair Nail Repairs are free of charge within 72 hours. After 72 hours there is a charge of £2/3 per nail depending if any nail art. Anything after 14 days is regarded as a new set. If you come from another tech, you must add a removal. I will not infill another techs work. Retail All retail products are non refundable and non exchangeable.


Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and valid for 6 months from date of issue. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers which are defaced or altered will not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, deleted or stolen. You must bring the voucher with you to your appointment if you have a physical voucher. You are not under obligation to use the full value of the voucher in one appointment. You can book your appointment with your voucher as a deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours you will lose 50% of the voucher value as per cancellation policy. If you no show, the voucher will be deemed 100% used.
