CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ

1. Cancellations: At least 2 days' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will incur a fee of 40% OF YOUR TREATMENT TOTAL to cover the cost of lost time and income. 2. Deposits: I will contact you to collect deposits for certain treatments or appointments with a time frame of 1.5 hours or longer. This will be deducted from your treatment total on the day 3. Same-Day Changes: Same-day time changes are possible with sufficient notice and availability. Otherwise, your original time slot will apply. 4. Payment Methods: Cash is preferred; however, payment via bank transfer is also accepted. 5. Recurring Appointments: Please book recurring appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. 6. Payment Timing: All payments via cash or bank transfer must be made before leaving the clinic. Failure to follow the cancellation policy – including refusal to pay any applicable fees – will result in being blocked from making future appointments.
