Bookings & Deposits
All bookings will require a 30% deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment.
• Cancellations made within the 3 days prior of the booking will result in loss of the deposit.
• No-shows/day of cancellation will result in loss of the deposit as well as a 20% fee being charged.
• Repeated late cancellation/no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Late arrivals
Clients arriving over 15 minutes late will be required to schedule a new appointment or may have their appointment shortened.
Refunds
Due to time, products and skill involved in providing our services, all services and products are strictly non-refundable.
We don’t provide refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference
• Failure to follow aftercare protocols
• Natural lash shedding, picking out your lashes or poor retention caused by external factors
If you have concerns regarding your treat outcome you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Any corrections offered are at the discretion of the salon.
Lash Retention
Lash retention varies between clients and is affected by factors including:
• Natural lash growth cycle
• Aftercare practices
• Sleeping habits
• Skincare and makeup products
• Hormonal changes and medications
• Environmental factors
Infills
To qualify for an infill appointment a minimum of 40% of lash extensions must remain. Infills must be booked within the required timeframe from the original booking:
• 3 week infills
• 4 week infills
Appointments outside these timeframes or with insufficient lash retention will be charged as a full set.
Foreign Infills
Infills on work completed by another lash tech is considered a foreign infill. Foreign infills are accepted at the discretion of the salon. In some cases a full set and removal may be required.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the salon. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact retention and will not qualify for complimentary fix es.
Allergic Reactions
While every effort is made to ensure client safety, allergic reactions can occur unexpectedly.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept this risk. The salon is not responsible for allergic reactions that may occur following treatment.
Children and Additional Guests
For health, safety and insurance reason, children and additional guests are not permitted unless prior approval has been given.
Right to Refuse Service
The salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client who:
• Displays aggressive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour
• Has a condition that may make treatment unsafe
