Terms and conditions

£10 non-refundable booking fee is required no later than 48hours before your appointment. You can pay at time of booking if preferred. (service charge will be added)If a reminder is sent and the booking fee not paid your booking will be cancelled. Please complete your consultation form at time of booking. If I find you not suitable for the selected treatment the booking fee will be refunded and appointment cancelled.

Before & After photos will be taken during your appointment and used for advertising purposes across various social media platforms and websites. Please ensure to agree to this on your consultation form. I totally agree & accept if you declined but this is the best way for me to promote and advertise my business.

Cancellations must be notified within 24hours of appointment. I will honour one reschedule, after this the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking required

Lash extensions are your responsibility once leaving the appointment. Please follow the aftercare advice. I will offer a free fix within 48 hours after this a mini infill price will be charged.

In the rare occasion any allergies arise after treatments please seek medical advice. I am unable to provide any form of medical advice but would appreciate being informed so I can update your records to prevent future reactions where possible.
