Cancelations within 48 hours notice, you will loose your deposit and 50% of the treatment cost must be paid Cancelations within 24 hours notice, you will loose your deposit and the 100% of the treatment cost must be paid. It no cancellation payment is received, you can NOT book any more appointments until this is received and all future bookings will be cancelled
