Terms and Conditions

🎀All services require a £10 booking fee. This fee secures your appointment with me and will be deducted from the total bill on the day of your visit. 🎀If you cancel your appointment within 48 HOURS your booking fee will serve as a cancellation fee and will NOT be refunded or transferred to a future booking. If you choose to not proceed with your appointment and it is BEFORE the 48-hour cut off period, please contact me to organise a refund or transfer to a future booking. 🎀Please be aware that if you fail to attend an appointment you have scheduled with me, you will ineur a charge to equal to the full cost of the treatment. This fee compensates for my time as I could have booked another client. 🎀Please ensure you come to your appointments alone as I have a nail room for 1-1 appointments and unfortunately do not have room for more than 1 person. 🎀If for any reason you feel ill or suffering with cold/flu or any other virus please contact me to reschedule - please do not attend your appointment. 🎀Sorry NO REFUNDS are given on services. If for any reason you experienced a problem with a treatment you have had then please contact me and I will be happy to help and rectify the issue.
