I haven’t had the best experience with nail techs and I’ve been searching for a nail tech who understands the essence of having good customer service, and I’ve found her! To top it off she makes the best hot chocolate with marshmallows! x

I’m deaf, and it’s rare to find a nail tech who can communicate in sign language. She made me feel so comfortable, and the experience was amazing.

For years I dreaded going to my hair and nail appointments because I don’t always feel like talking, but the silent service option changed everything for me. Finally I don’t have to feel pressured to talk lool. Feels truly like me time just the way I imagine it.

I’m so happy I found her! She’s not just an amazing nail tech but also a genuinely kind and welcoming person. I was a little nervous because I can be quite shy, but she made me feel comfortable right away.
