✨ Deposits A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total on the day. Without a deposit, your slot cannot be held. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited and you will be charged 50% of booking fee • No-shows may be refused future bookings. ✨ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to avoid delays. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be lost. ✨ Extra Guests Due to limited space and to maintain a relaxing environment, please come to your appointment alone unless agreed beforehand. ✨ Health & Safety If you have any infections (e.g., nail fungus, open cuts, or skin conditions), please contact me before your appointment, as services may need to be rescheduled. ✨ Payments The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made via CASH ONLY ✨ Aftercare Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting nails! Please follow the aftercare advice provided at your appointment.
