-A non-refundable £10 deposit will be required when booking to secure your appointment. Sending the deposit will mean you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
-15 minute grace period after that the appointment will be cancelled since it's unfair on other clients.
-If you need to reschedule your appointment please let me know 24 hours before your appointment. Anything later means you lose your deposit and will require a new £10 deposit.
-I do not work over other nail techs work. Please either get your previous set removed or add on a soak off.
-Please let me know if you're unhappy with anything during the service as refunds will not be given!
