We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect your therapists time, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will result in a 100% of the service cost charge.

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
• If arrival is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion.

If a client accumulates three (3) no-shows, they will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with me. Any existing appointments may be cancelled, and the client will need to seek services from another provider for future treatments.
