Appointments
• All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting the salon directly.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows and cancellations on the day will be charged the full treatment price and may be refused future bookings.
Patch Tests
• A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours prior to any lash or brow tinting, lamination, or extensions if you are a new client or haven’t had the treatment with us in the past 6 months.
• Failure to attend a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled and the deposit withheld.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment and your deposit may be forfeited.
Children & Guests
• For health and safety reasons, and to ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.
Aftercare
• Aftercare advice will be provided for each treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow this advice to achieve the best results and to avoid any issues.
• We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Payments
• Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and card payments.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds & Complaints
• We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 48 hours so we can try to resolve the issue.
• We will do our best to ensure you leave happy, but results may vary depending on individual factors.
Medical Conditions & Allergies
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment.
• Some treatments may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing medical treatment.
Photography & Social Media
• With your permission, we may take photos of your finished look to share on our social media platforms and website.
• You may request not to have your image shared at any time.
