Terms & Conditions | Koja Nail Studio- Please come to your appointment alone - I have a home based studio with no additional space for guests
- Please be aware that I am unable to infill work from other nail technicians however I can provide a soak off ready for fresh application
- Please aim to make any cancellations or reschedule any appointments at least 24 hours in advance
- Repairs will be free in the first 48 hours for service related issues
- Please arrive with bare nails unless a removal has been scheduled
- Services may be altered or refused in the event of open wounds or infections
- No-shows will result in a 50% deposit requirement to make future bookings
