BOOKINGS & RESERVATION FEES
A £20 non-reundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment.
• The reservation fee is credited towards your treatment on the day.
• If the reservation fee is not received within 48 hours, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
• Reservation fees are non-refundable.

AT YOUR APPOINTMENT
All required consent forms must be completed prior to your appointment with honest and accurate information. These forms will be reviewed at the beginning of your appointment with your skin professional to ensure your treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your skin’s needs.
For the best experience and optimal results, we kindly ask that you arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Time spent removing makeup takes away from your treatment time and may impact the flow of scheduled appointments. If makeup removal is required, a £10 makeup removal fee may be applied.
Adhering to these guidelines allows us to focus fully on your treatment and provide the highest level of care.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly ask that you respect appointment times, as slots are limited.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment value.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted or blocked future bookings.

LATENESS
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience.
• Arrivals 10 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee.
• Arrivals 15-£20 minutes late will incur a £15 late fee.
• Arrivals 20 minutes or more late will be considered a cancellation and charged in line with the cancellation policy.
• Where possible, treatment time may be adjusted to accommodate late arrivals.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

By booking, you confirm that:
• You understand the nature of the treatment(s) booked

• You consent to treatment proceeding as advised on the day
Treatments may be modified or declined if deemed unsuitable for your skin at the time of your appointment.

UNDER 18 POLICY
Clients under the age of 18 require written parental or guardian consent prior to any treatment.
Certain treatments may not be available to under-18s.

NO EXTRA GUESTS
For insurance, safety, and privacy reasons, additional guests are not permitted at appointments (except if accompanying client under the age of 18).

PARKING & TRAVEL
Free street parking is available; please contact us prior the appointment to arrange a parking permit.
Kolu Beauty is not liable for parking fines or penalties.

Card Payments & Service Fees
When paying by card or Apple Pay, a small service fee will be applied to cover payment processing costs charged by our payment provider. Manual bank transfers are fee-free.
Please note that American Express (AMEX) and international cards may incur higher processing fees, which may not be fully covered by the service fee.
