Please ensure that you come to your appointment with BARE nails as I’m not able to work/remove other peoples work, this does not apply if I have done your nails and you’re coming for an infill. If you’re unsure of anything feel free to pop me a message.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking fee. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your appointment this will be classed as a no show and you will be required to pay the full price before being able to book another appointment.
Please make sure to turn up on time as if you fail to do so this may alter what we will have time to do in the appointment , I also have a cut of point of 15 minutes lateness to make sure that I don’t run behind on any other clients. If you are any later than 15 minutes the appointment will have to be cancelled and paid for in full before being able to re book.
