Appointments & Consultations • All new clients must attend a consultation before any injectable or advanced treatment. • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the practitioner’s discretion. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24hours’ notice or non-attendance will result in loss of the booking fee. • Repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments. ⸻ 3. Treatment Eligibility • Treatments are only provided to clients aged 18 or over. • Certain medical conditions, medications, or contraindications may prevent treatment.
