By booking an appointment or purchasing any treatment or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before confirming your booking. ⸻ 1. Appointments & Consultations • All new clients must attend a consultation before any injectable or advanced treatment. • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the practitioner’s discretion. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24hours’ notice or non-attendance will result in loss of the booking fee. • Repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments. ⸻ 3. Treatment Eligibility • Treatments are only provided to clients aged 18 or over. • Certain medical conditions, medications, or contraindications may prevent treatment. This will be discussed during your consultation. • The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not deemed suitable or safe. ⸻ 4. Results & Expectations • Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and treatment area. • No guarantee can be made regarding treatment outcomes. • Maintenance treatments may be required to achieve and sustain desired results. ⸻ 5.
